While making breakfast this morning, I proceeded to pour a bowlfull of orange juice on my cereal. Needless to say, this is unacceptable, and I had to start over - wasting a bowl of cereal and a glass of OJ.
Note: this is the second time I can recall doing this.
When I was a wee lass, my parents used to bowl a couple of nights a week, which meant that I had to spend the evening at my grandparents’ house.
Since Annie and I will both be done with our respective graduate degrees in May, after we get back from vacation we’ll be facing our first summer of “freedom”. We keep talking about having a “summer of fun”. What should we do?
Since the pope is the supposed link between man and god, and since Johnny P. is all couped up with the flu and the hole in his throat and the shakes and whatnot, the way I see it is…nobody’s looking - so it’s okay to eat some beef this Friday. I won’t tell.
P.S. - I won’t tell about the “immoral” birth control you’ve been using either.
