Does anyone else out there find the word ” fiancee’ ” funny? I mean, it’s a pretty commonly used word these days, and we have no better way to describe it other than by using a tacky french concoction? What can we start using as an alternative?

“This is my fiancee”

“This is my woman I’m getting married to”

“This is my beetch”

Something’s gotta be better than fiancee. Cmon back now.
