They may be advanced, but we still have a long way to go:

Searched for an old buddy of mine on google, but it still turns up the same results every time I’ve searched before. So, I searched for his last known girlfriend’s name, “Mandy Hecklesburg”

Google found 0 results. It did, however, suggest that I search as “Mandy Hecklesberg”. BANG! I thought.

To which it turned up 0 results. Cmon google, why suggest a search that you know is going to give nothing anyway?

Then, I decided to look him up by address. A search of his last name coupled with “terre Haute” turned up his parents’ address and phone number. So I clicked on the link next to it saying “Get a map via MapQuest”, to which MapQuest responds:


You searched for "8329 E RIO GRANDE AVE, TERRE_HAUTE, IN 47805", MapQuest did not find this exact address, but found one very similar: "8329 E Rio Grande Ave, Terre Haute, IN 47805-9622".


Stupid computer.
