Pain in the Back
About two weeks ago, my upper back started hurting. It wasn’t hurting a lot just enough to be a bit uncomfortable.
I didn’t think much of it at the time. However, Caleb discovered my back was hurting and started in…”You’re not going to be able to walk if 5 years because you run too much now.” If you haven’t already picked up on it, I hate it when Caleb starts ranting about my obsession with running. Plus, I’ve cut back since I ran a half-marathon last October. I’ve also promised to only run 2 half-marathons this year instead of 3 I’ve done in past years. No matter, Caleb is convinced that I’ll be a gimp in no time at all.
Something tells me that I’ll be hearing the rant for a while.
By the way, it turns out the back pain was due to the shoes I was wearing.

Thanks for the help, fellow runner! I’ll remember this when I’m buying your birthday present.

I think back pain is less related to running and more related to vholes.
stef’s back is cramped
red2’s back is cramped
teh wif’s back is cramped
and what do they all have in common?
starts with a v and ends with a hole.
