If you go to college and graduate with a law degree, I expect you to be good at law related things.
If you go to a trade school and learn how to wire houses, I expect you to be good at electrician things.
For the love of god: if you go to Subway university and learn how to make subway sandwiches, I expect you to be able to put all of the ingredients in the bread and make a proper sandwich.
