Car Options
I’ve been trying to research a lot of various automobiles over the past week, since my car was stolen. I’ve historically just bought Pontiacs, but I wanted to try and keep an open mind in case there was something better out there for me, so I’ve been looking at all of the brands.
All of the manufacturers let you customize and spec out the car online, then try and find one for you in your area. Here’s a screenshot of the options you can pick on the Fusion.
Let’s see: SEL trim, check. 6-spd Auto, check. Optional Features. Brakes? Uhh, yes please. Note that when you click on “Brakes”, it doesn’t give you any type of brake option. it’s either Brakes: yes or no.
I hope they aren’t charging extra for them.

that is pretty funny. i’m quite sure it’s illegal to drive a car without brakes, so they aren’t actually “optional features” at all.
P.S. you should buy a foreign car (or “unamerican” if you prefer). specifically, a german or japanese car. even more specifically, a BMW, Toyota, Nissan, or Honda (or Lexus or Infiniti or Acura)

At the moment I’m leaning closest towards a Nissan. Either high end Altima or low grade Maxima. Just wanted to test all of my bases.

Also, I’m fairly certain they are referring to “ABS brakes” or not as the option, though it’s not stated there.

My neighbor drives an Altima and likes it. I like it too. Goooo NISSAN!
