Recycling
Just about every week I make a trip to the recycling center.
We recycle everything we can. This includes: cardboard (including things like cereal boxes), plastic jugs, glass, batteries, newspaper, magazines, and cans/tins.
It’s really convenient, because my work is just around the corner. I don’t even have to get out of my car; just drive through the garage bay, pop the trunk and they do the rest.
I’ve had a bit of a conundrum lately as I have a box of magazines that I’ve had since college that needed to be recycled. But I didn’t want to take them to the center because they require, ahem, discretion. However, our town as Abitibi recepticles all over town in which you can dump your newspaper/magazines. So yesterday, the wife and I did.
Farewell college stash.

seems like such a waste
a better way to “recycle” things of that sort would be to drop them off in the 3rd stall at the house
