		<description>That hardwood floor does look really nice and will be beautiful when refinished.  Personally, I have never understood why people put wall to wall carpet over hardwood floors.  It just blows my mind.

How old is your house?  Do you think there's hardwood floors under all the bedroom carpets?</description>
